Job Title: Document Specialist Chennai

Job description:
* Involves providing high quality, real-time assistance to clients for documentation projects. Responsible for processing, editing and formatting of documents in a variety of software and media, and maintaining timely delivery of accurate output.
* Ensure timely delivery of accurate output.
Essential Qualifications:
* Under Graduate in any discipline from 2012/2011 (except, all IT related and Engineering graduates).
Technical Qualifications:
* Certification in typing and proficiency in MS-Office i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience & Eligibility Criteria :
* Minimum of 1 year experience in desk top publishing, word processing, data entry or secretarial practice; fresh graduates will be considered.
Work Schedule:
* Ability to work flexible schedules during day, night and weekend shifts.
Skills and Competencies
* Minimum typing speed of 30 words per minute with 99% accuracy.
* Good oral and written communication skills.
* Adaptability / flexibility.
Compensation Benefits
* Rs. 1.2 lacs per annum for the first Six Months.
* Upon Confirmation after Six Months it is 1.34lacs per annum.
* After Completing 12 months CTC would be Rs. 1.47lacs per annum.

Interview Process
* Round 1: HR Validation
Profiles will be validated on gaps, educational qualifications, experience and suitability to the role.
       
* Round 2: Typing Test
3 minutes Typing Test will be administered to evaluate the typing speed of the candidate.  
       
* Round 3: MS -Office Assessment
1 hour MSO assessment will be given to evaluate the candidates knowledge on MS Office suite.
       
*   Round 4: HR Interview
Based on the MSO scores, the candidates will be called for the HR interview. Basic MSO skills, communication and aptitude of the candidate will be assessed.
       
*   Round 5: Technical Interview
Candidate will have a technical interview on MSO knowledge and suitability to the Job role.
