Key Responsibilities

Work in UK shift timings (Work Hours : April to October 1.30 PM to 10.00 PM and
November to March 2.30 PM to 11.00 PM)

Undergo Product training.
|

Tasks can vary from branding, requirements gathering, understanding / interpreting
functional specification,
customising in-house web application using the graphical tools provided by Product
Development and testing the
same, demonstration of the solution built for the clients, querying databases and
/ or migrating employee related
data.

|

|
Communicate with various teams in India, UK, Australia and so on.
|
|
|
*
|
Work under the guidance of the Team Leader / Department Manager.
|
|
|

|
Any additional tasks assigned by the Team Leader / Department Manager.
|

Requirements
|

|
|

Graduates / Post Graduates in Engineering or Computer Applications.
|
|
|

Exposure in SQL / client side scripting / supporting international customers will
be an added advantage.

Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent and clear enunciation.

Excellent logical and problem solving skills.
|
|
|

|
Good knowledge of SQL / Database Querying / basic programming logic is a must.

Flexibility to work in any shift (including weekends if business demands) and follow
